Right of Withdrawal

According to EU law, private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to the following:

• Customized or handmade products made to order.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature.

Since the items in this shop are handmade, individually crafted stickers, sticker sheets, and postcards, they fall under these exceptions.

That means:
All sales are final. Returns or cancellations are not accepted.

However, if your product arrives damaged (e.g. major print issues or significant smudging), please reach out within 7 days of delivery at julieclaire@web.de with photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually with care.

The buyer is responsible for choosing between tracked or untracked shipping at checkout. I am not responsible for lost or delayed mail if untracked shipping was selected.
